We ship worldwide. Your custom rug will be delivered within 20 to 22 days after production begins. Our delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and the size of the order.

Not at all. Because our rugs travel from India, they may curl slightly after unpacking. Lay the rug flat, vacuum it gently, and it will regain its shape within 24 hours.

Currently, our rugs are designed for indoor use only. Their materials and handmade production are not intended to withstand outdoor conditions.
